Need an expert External Facilitator?

Facilitation can take a lot of mental effort. It can be difficult to think about and contribute content while you are facilitating. Neutrality is often important. Sometimes the best way to accomplish what you need is to use the services of an expert external facilitator.

In many types of group situation, and particularly in complex discussions or those where people have different views and interests, good facilitation can make the difference between success and failure.

A Ripasso Facilitator can:

• Meet with you to understand the group's desired outcome, and the background and context of the meeting or event.
• Design and plan the group process, and select the tools that best help the group progress towards that outcome.
• Facilitate the session plan and control the group process to ensure:
  • There is effective participation.
  • Participants achieve a mutual understanding.
  • Their contributions are considered and included in the ideas, solutions or decisions that emerge.
  • Participants take shared responsibility for the outcome
• Ensure that outcomes, actions and questions are properly recorded to be actioned, and appropriately dealt with afterwards.
• Collation of session material for presentation back to you.

We can also provide facilitation planning tools, warm up exercises and team games if required.
