The Ultimate Role-Play

The Business Challenge Game is a competitive and highly realistic game where teams pitch their products, services and solutions to win a new piece of business from a prospective customer.

Each team must demonstrate they can understand the customer’s requirements and can use this knowledge to successfully pitch to the customer in a “live action” setting

And just like in business there can only be one winning team.

As a participant or manager you see the results “live” for each team from their team prospect meetings, proposal preparation, through to presentation and the prospect’s feedback.

Outcomes

Participants will:

• More effectively understand the strengths and weaknesses of their own technical and influencing skills – and what else is needed to deliver a winning solution
• Learn the importance of correctly identifying the specific needs of a customers before presenting a solution that will truly resonate
• Receive constructive feedback direct from their customer/prospect, manager and facilitator
• Be able to put into practice previous training to embed new skills and tools
• Be more motivated to invest time in preparation when they know they are part of a team and aware their performance will impact the outcome

Managers will:

• See and hear “first hand” what is more likely being communicated to real customers and prospects in meetings and presentations.
• Quickly and easily identify area’s for further coaching and training that can be tailored to the individual or group.
• Identify specific team members who can skills can be called on for future projects and roles
